When will I receive my package?
Your insured and trackable package is sent on Mondays to Fridays and the shipping time is between 8-12 working days. We also email the tracking number to you. Delays may occur so if it is a gift we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance.
Why haven't I received a tracking number or confirmation email?
The tracking number takes up to 1 week to be sent out as the package has to reach a port first. The confirmation email is sent out immediately so check your spam folder if you have missed any emails from us.
Can I really try the product for 30 days and return it if I'm not happy?

I have a return, what is your address?
