Shipping Policy

Price and Time


We offer shipping for just $4.99 on orders up to $39.50 in the order total. Above that is free. Shipping times are about: 2½ weeks. If it is a gift, we recommend ordering 3 weeks before to be on the safe side.

A tracking number is sent out as soon as the package is sent. Your package is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep, ensuring its safety throughout the delivery process.

Stolen goods, what happens?

We work with several delivery partners in the USA and about 90% delivery via USPS, who delivers by hanging a bag on the door handle, which we have noticed can lead to theft. In cases of theft, where the customer reports that they have not received a package, and the delivery company reports that it has been delivered, we offer a new item at no extra cost.

Returning goods, who pays?

In the event of a return of damaged goods, we also pay the shipping costs. When using the 30-day return policy ("did not meet my expectations"), the customer pays the shipping costs. After all, we still have a generous customer service, so contact us and we'll be sure to make you happy.

Looking for our address?

We choose to have it behind an email as we often offer generous alternatives to sending in. We prefer to avoid package handling at Epica and we noticed that people were submitting without contacting us first, which is something we want to avoid.

Wrong address, what happens?

In the event of a wrongly written address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees, which vary depending on the size and weight. If the item is returned to the factory in Asia, the customer only gets the right to cancel the order for a 50% refund of the order amount. This is because we spend money on marketing, merchandise and shipping, and should not reasonably have to pay for these in case the customer writes the wrong address.

In case of a wrong address where the package is returned to the factory, the customer can of course wait for the new shipment we send.

Uncollected Packages

For any unclaimed package, we issue a handling fee of $15.00. This applies regardless of whether you have not been able to pick it up due to vacation or moving, or if you do it because you do not want the order. Exceptions are when notification has not been sent to the customer and the package has been returned without the customer's knowledge.

Possible Customs Charges

Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer when the product is purchased from China. We at Epica have not heard this happen once, but it can be good to think about.
