Return Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for opened or unopened products. This does not apply to consumables such as makeup. This applies after the product has been received, not at the time of ordering.

For the 30-day guarantee we offer to be valid, the following criteria must be met:

  • The products must be in their original condition with original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • Items to be returned must not show signs of use.
  • Order number
  • Photo or video description clearly showing the fault (only if your product arrived damaged and if it can actually be shown).
  • If the problem is deemed valid, we will cover all costs to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

If you have encountered a problem, don't hesitate to contact us. We may be able to help anyway.

To be eligible for a return or refund under the 30-day guarantee, your item must be in good enough condition to be resold at new prices. If the box has been damaged during delivery to you, this is not an issue. However, all bags, manuals and other items should not be neglected.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without contacting us first as we often offer a more convenient solution.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to the company. Does not apply to outer boxes in poor condition due to the shipping process.
  • It is ambiguous whether the item is damaged or not, for example "It does not meet the requirements I had for it".
  • Defects in items that are of a hygienic nature, such as socks, underwear or similar.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Insurance with a 2-3 year guarantee

The way this insurance works is that you are entitled to a replacement product in the first instance, which we will send out at no extra cost, and you can keep the original product in any condition. This applies in particular to wear and tear goods that are expected to be used after a while, for example, clothes and things that are often handled with your hands cannot be expected to last for 2-3 years. So if something breaks within this period, the insurance still applies and you will receive a replacement.

The money back applies secondarily, for example when the product is no longer manufactured and cannot be replaced by Epica. In such cases, a full refund will be made. In appropriate cases, the goods may need to be sent in for inspection. The customer technically bears the shipping costs here, but depending on the situation, the company may also bear it.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Replacement item (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective, the wrong size or damaged. This does not apply to boxes and manuals. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to info@shopepica.com. Our policy is to send a replacement item in the first instance, and if something goes wrong with it, refund it.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return an item. However, we will always have a generous return policy towards the customer, so contact us and you will probably be satisfied anyway.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary. Keep in mind that we do not keep our own stock, so shipping times will be longer.

Unredeemed parcels

For packages delivered to agents but not picked up, a $15.00 unredeemed package fee is charged. Only partial refunds are applied to orders where the package has not been collected. This does not apply in cases where the customer has not been informed that an item is waiting to be delivered, but is about when the customer knows this but cannot or does not want to pick up the item.
